This policy explains what information Basma Umrah Travel & Tours collects when you enquire about or book an Umrah package, and how that information is used.
Information we collect
When you contact us through the enquiry form, WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you choose to share — usually your name, contact number, email address, travel month and number of travellers. For a confirmed booking we additionally collect passport and CNIC or B-Form details, photographs and vaccination records, because these are required to prepare a visa file and travel documents.
How we use your information
Your information is used to prepare quotations, process an Umrah visa application, book flights, hotels and transport, and to keep you updated about your booking. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Travel documents are shared only with the parties needed to complete your journey — the visa submission channel, airlines, hotels and transport providers in Saudi Arabia. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our pages. It records anonymous usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location; it does not identify you personally. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
Data retention and security
Booking records are kept only as long as needed for the journey and for normal record-keeping. Documents shared with us are handled by our booking staff and are not stored publicly on this website.
