Quba Mosque in Madinah, visited by pilgrims on an Umrah visa

Passport validity, photograph specifications, meningitis vaccination, CNIC and Mahram rules — every Umrah visa requirement for Pakistani pilgrims, plus realistic processing timelines.

Documents You Must Provide

An original passport valid for at least six months from departure, two recent white-background photographs (35x45mm, face covering 80% of the frame), CNIC copy, B-Form for children under 18, and a meningitis ACWY vaccination certificate issued at least ten days before travel.

Mahram Rules for Women

Women of any age may now perform Umrah without a Mahram in an organised group. Where a Mahram accompanies a woman, a Nikah Nama or B-Form proving the relationship should be attached to avoid delays at the visa stage.

Processing Time and Cost

Once complete documents are submitted, Umrah visas are typically issued in 3 to 7 working days. During Ramadan the queue lengthens, so submit at least four weeks before departure. Visa cost is included in every Basma Umrah package, so there is no separate government fee to arrange yourself.

Insurance and Nusuk Registration

Saudi Arabia bundles mandatory medical insurance with the Umrah visa. After issuance, register on the Nusuk app to book Rawdah Sharif and Rawdah visit slots — these are free but limited and open roughly ten days ahead.

How Basma Umrah Handles It

Our licensed documentation team collects your papers in Lahore, checks photograph and vaccination compliance, submits the application and shares the visa PDF on WhatsApp as soon as it is issued. You never have to visit an embassy.
